What is Livestream Bootcamp? Livestream Bootcamp is a High Intensity Interval Training. In one training session we have 10 exercises (mainly bodyweight but also possible with equipments) like squats, burpees, planking etc. We do each exercise for 30sec with 15sec rest and then repeat the 10 exercises for 3 rounds. The last round is only 20sec and 10sec rest. The programme is changing every month.

What is Bikinifit?
Bikinifit is a small group of personal training session where you are part of a group of 6 people maximum.
Why 6 people?
Because you are still in a group environment and experience the benefit of personalized attention. The goal is to work on the overall fitness, but most importantly
the targeted body parts will be legs, glutes and abs. Reggie will be committed as your trainer to always motivate you to bring out your best.
Like in a personal training session you will get the maximum out of your workout.
The program changes every 6 to 8 weeks.

As it is mentioned before it's small group lead by personal training; so you will experience all the benefits in a personalized but yet fun environment.
From measuring your weight and providing you with nutrition advice and more. We will always be monitoring your progress to help you achieve your goal.
